Can You Rent a Car With a Graduated License
You can start lessons at 17 and license at 18
2021-11-09 11:28
you can start at 16.5 . you can examine when 17. you can drive alone without a experienced driver who is linked with you when youre 18. 16yo and having driving lessons currently
2021-11-09 11:39
Seriously? Talking cars
2021-11-09 11:40
yes, talking cars. I live in the netherlands, its not a fake flag. haha.
2021-11-09 11:50
didnt know mens(
2021-11-09 12:13
It really helped me being forced to have one of my parents sit next to me when I just had a license. Don't forget requesting the begeleiderspas beforehand, because you need to show it when you get your drivers license
2021-11-09 13:35
yeah I know but thanks for your information. my Brother and Sister both already got a drivers license and my brother did have a 'begeleiderspas' so it will be good. And Im convinced too that driving lessons is just learning the techniques but driving after youve got your license is the moment youre really learning to drive and get experience.
2021-11-09 13:38
Same, i have passed exam at 17yo, but came to police and took license at 18, right in birthday
2021-11-11 18:55
16 in Russia
2021-11-09 11:45
driving or practising?
2021-11-09 12:13
u can join drivescholl after 16, after 17 you can try to pass an exam, after 18 recieve license
2021-11-09 12:18
You need driver licenses in Russia?
2021-11-09 13:18
No, we ride bears and fill them with vodka. And also, there must be a Putin tattoo on the bear, otherwise you will be detained and shot.
2021-11-09 13:28
Not surprised
2021-11-10 15:09
no if you like putin you can drive be drunk from childhood
2021-11-09 15:17
not really need drivers license to start car only need key who cars
2021-11-09 19:51
hahaha the one on 2:58 BLYYAT
2021-11-09 20:04
Isn't it mandatory to have dashcams in Russia?
2021-11-10 00:31
I don't know but seems like many drivers have it.
2021-11-10 01:00
Yeah so you clearly get that information bias
2021-11-10 01:03
It isn't necessary
2021-11-10 16:33
Oh I thought it was, what about the insurance companies? Do they want it?
2021-11-11 00:04
No,its just easier to prove who is guilty
2021-11-11 15:27
Yeah Ofc so I thought someone wanted it
2021-11-12 00:19
ingermany u can start at 16 and drive with 17 just an 18 year old has to be in the car then
2021-11-09 20:23
Yeah I'm not up to date on the system here apparently, not sure if that's an option though here
2021-11-10 00:32
Apparently a little younger already
2021-11-11 10:54
here we can drive low power scooters at 16 with no license whatsoever as well
2021-11-11 11:03
Well it depends what license, scooter is earlier already
2021-11-11 11:06
I don't. In Russia you can get it then you're 18 i guess
2021-11-09 11:28
No and im not planning on getting it 18 yo
2021-11-09 11:28
beta male
2021-11-09 11:37
having cheap (below 100k €) car doesnt make you cool or anything people like you just drive people like me around
2021-11-09 11:41
"cheap (below 100k €)" virgin 100k car vs chad 500 euro volkswagen passat
2021-11-09 12:20
I think its just lame to flex with cheap car that everyone can afford
2021-11-09 12:22
i have never heard anyone flexing a 500euro car lol
2021-11-09 12:22
You dont by a car for flexing... Unless you buy an insanely expensive one
2021-11-09 12:44
I think it's just lame to flex with cars Edit: you're 18 yo. WTF are you talking about 100k car?
2021-11-09 13:28
for real
2021-11-10 15:02
having an expensive car doesnt make you cool either
2021-11-09 12:37
i meaaan... you will turn heads on the streets though.
2021-11-09 15:36
couldnt care less about that
2021-11-09 15:45
No, the car will turn heads.
2021-11-09 15:55
girls see this different
2021-11-09 20:24
this is true but cool cars make you cool
2021-11-10 01:49
possibly the stupidest thing I've read on here this year. Beta cuck who is scared of driving trying to make it sound like a bad thing kek.
2021-11-11 11:04
"beta cuck" sounds like something only beta cuck would say
2021-11-11 11:54
that must be a bait
2021-11-12 11:08
you're the beta, having a license doesn't make you more or less anything.
2021-11-09 15:55
I'm fine with a bike tbh:)
2021-11-10 00:33
+1 No need to get it if you don't see a need to drive. Just for the price of taking a license you can do lots of fun stuff or even just use the money for cab rides if needed.
2021-11-09 15:54
What are the prices in your country to get the licence
2021-11-09 22:59
I think it can be done for like €1.500 if you learn quick and pass the exams i first try (Many fail, they are not easy).
2021-11-10 16:31
Yeah makes sense In my city is like €1000 :D
2021-11-10 17:09
Wow, i got it for 250€, prices value from 200€ to 500€, depends from count of hours practice with teacher in car
2021-11-11 19:02
Yes, it was def worth it for me but depending on where you live and what your life situation is like its not really necessary
2021-11-09 11:29
hello how do i know the age for obtaining a driver's license in sweden 18 years old so in finland too, but we can get a license before age if we are engaged in any sports related to cars, such as rallying and so on . can you do this in sweden?
2021-11-09 11:32
i have no idea actually as im not into motorsports but I doubt it, have a good day my finlandian brother
2021-11-09 11:33
have a good day my brother all the best <3
2021-11-09 11:34
Of course! You can start your licence when you are 16 years old, you can start driving when you are 17 years old (only with your parents). When you're 18 years old you are allowed to drive alone.
2021-11-09 11:29
Of course I do, it's kind of hard to do without in Finland unless you live down south.
2021-11-09 11:31
u can get learner license at 16 in Australia but not a proper one until 17
2021-11-09 11:32
Can't pay for it because saving money for braceless and soon I'll be kicked out once I turn 18 lol
2021-11-09 11:34
shit relation with mother
2021-11-09 16:35
You don't have insurance that covers dental costs?
2021-11-09 15:48
Where are u from? Im pretty sure u need to pay for braces in every single country
2021-11-10 16:41
hey sorry to hijack this comment, but ive seen you posting a chinese gambling website where u can bet your skins, do you have that link for that? :D
2021-11-11 10:16
yep and i bet they regret to give it to me. im speeding, dont look at signs, speed through cities and villages, drive aggressive and put full stop when someone honks at me or smth and threat them with their lifes
2021-11-09 11:34
how fast? and any fines?
2021-11-09 12:18
100-150 through 30 or 50 zone had a fine once for going 60 in 30
2021-11-09 13:05
lmao there is no way idk how it is in germany but I'm pretty sure that if you go that much over the speed limit in my country, they take away your license, maybe even jail time
2021-11-09 14:46
they take ur license if u go 31 km/h in cities and 41 km/h outside of cities if i ever got caught by going 70-100 too much, i would lose it for months, need to do MPU and a big money punishment i only had to pay (i think 80 euros?) and then it was done
2021-11-09 14:48
do you mean 31kh/h over the limit?
2021-11-09 14:51
ye, if u go 81+ in 50 zone u lose ur license for a month
2021-11-09 14:54
In Denmark it is no chill. If you go double the alowed they take your car even if it is 30 zone and you drive 60
2021-11-09 19:09
based albania driver
2021-11-09 14:55
Yes, i did my license at 21 years old in germany (it is very expensive here, +-2000 euros). It is not necessary but still a usefull thing to have and its fun to drive :)
2021-11-09 11:34
2000 euros for what
2021-11-09 11:37
for the driving lessons + initial fee
2021-11-09 11:40
That is huge money how you could even afford it, at this point better to learn driving is with your parents.
2021-11-09 14:09
Because you are forced to take a certain amount of lessons? Even just the theoretical exam already costs 400-700€.
2021-11-09 15:49
400 euros for the exam, you fail it and pay 400 more euros? Nah, I would never pay that amount.
2021-11-09 19:17
You can retry it depending on what you paid for. Most offer unlimited retries if you pay for it before.
2021-11-09 19:18
+1 fun and so chill, handles introvert loneliness well. You're out and in at the same time. Public transport is bad in turkey, being with people side by side is bad and maybe that's why i find it so chilling
2021-11-09 11:45
Yes, I do. You can have a driving license by 18. I had mine at 19, a bit more than 13 years ago
2021-11-09 11:37
you old bastard
2021-11-09 11:39
True, I was already drinking beers when most of the people here weren't even born
2021-11-09 11:42
There is a license that allows you to drive a certain type of cars at 16yo, but this cars cant go into highways and other high speed roads. The general driver license is at 18 yo butyou can start at 17 and a half
2021-11-09 11:37
Not yet. 19 y/o i think you can get them in my country at 17 y/o
2021-11-09 11:39
Yes, you can start driving with your parents/take lessons when you're 17 and at 18 you can do the exam.
2021-11-09 11:39
Yeah mens)) B/A
2021-11-09 11:40
Have it for more than 10years now and did not really need it so far.
2021-11-09 11:41
you can start lessons at 16? and you can take license at 18. and yes i have loicense
2021-11-09 11:41
In my country you can start lessons when you're 16.5 years old, and have a test 3 months later. However, after you pass the test you can't drive alone and don't have a proper license until 6 months later. I have my license since I was 18.
2021-11-09 11:45
yes but i do not have a car (no need) and use it rarely
2021-11-09 11:44
cars in 2021 lul
2021-11-09 11:49
Here in Estonia public transportation is so good that I haven't even though of getting a license.
2021-11-09 13:32
same, imo it's how it should be
2021-11-09 22:54
but if you have family then?
2021-11-10 17:28
Yeah probably in the future I will have to get a license but I'm 20 and in college. Family seems like very distant thing to me.
2021-11-10 23:47
Yes I do
2021-11-09 11:51
yes i have my country can have at 18
2021-11-09 12:14
No, I have never needed it. I live in Copenhagen and use my bike or public transport.
2021-11-09 12:14
smartboy*
2021-11-09 15:42
Had one since I was 18, reply #1 says the rest :)
2021-11-09 12:15
do you drive slowly
2021-11-09 12:24
I drive the max speed allowed
2021-11-09 12:36
No cause im a lazy fuck
2021-11-09 12:18
Makes two
2021-11-10 15:15
no but i drive anywey who cars
2021-11-09 12:18
? Yes? Past 20 years
2021-11-09 12:20
Over here in the states you can take drivers ed at 14, then get your learners permit and then at 16 you can get your regular license
2021-11-09 12:22
yes but i have never really used it since i got it so i don't feel confident about driving at all
2021-11-09 12:23
yos almost 12 years
2021-11-09 12:24
i just failed the exam :(
2021-11-09 12:25
Are your exams really hard?
2021-11-11 15:40
i dont think so
2021-11-11 16:56
I failed my first time as well because I had a female instructor on her period. Wish I had a 70 year old grandpa instead.
2021-11-12 00:42
nah, dont have one yet, am 21. I am currently working on it tho, but there is no stress because i dont really need one in the city. Oh, and you can have a drivers license with 17.
2021-11-09 12:39
Yes, got it when i was 18, the minimun age. You can start practising at 16
2021-11-09 12:43
No I'm on it, minimum age is 18 but you can do theory at 17
2021-11-09 12:45
I don't need one!
2021-11-09 13:16
hello my son
2021-11-09 13:22
My account is older than yours you should call me daddy 🚘👌
2021-11-09 15:30
men i am a professor youre just a car 😎
2021-11-09 15:47

2021-11-09 15:06
Cars don't need driver's license
2021-11-09 15:29
Yes I have license for driving 50cc moped (i drive 70cc btw) and will try to get license for driving car next year
2021-11-09 13:20
Sukisuki PV?
2021-11-09 18:10
10 years ago when i had scooter i also swapped 50cc to 70cc cylinder . Half throttle and it went on wheelie. Good old days.
2021-11-11 15:34
Yeah me too 70cc scooter, Yamaha BW's
2021-11-11 23:25
currently on a driving course, feels good to finally be allowed to drive
2021-11-09 13:22
i have for 6 years but i never drive a car, its absolutely pointless here. all i have is traffic and with my bike im 20 minute faster cuz of traffic.
2021-11-09 13:34
16 for a license in the us 15 for a permit
2021-11-09 13:39
Lessons at 16.5, you can drive with an expirienced driver at 17 and drive alone when 18
2021-11-09 14:49
Yes, in the US every state has its own laws for licenses, some you can start your permit as early as 14. A lot are 15 to start a permit and drive at 16 with limitations, 17 for less restricted license, and 18 for a graduated license.
2021-11-09 14:50
18yo to get the license tho in Egypt I have seen a decent amount of kids drive cars around who arent 18, but if you get caught unluku.
2021-11-09 15:09
I need to pass 2 exams to get one
2021-11-09 15:09
i have, 18
2021-11-09 15:16
At the age of 18. and yes I have one. I also think it's called a driver's license.
2021-11-09 15:22
Yes,i got mine 2 weeks ago. Min age is 18 here in Turkey
2021-11-09 15:31
At age 20 actually the office incharge was my mother's student so he did all the formalities by himself and i got one for free......xddd
2021-11-09 15:38
Got mine at 18 - today you can start taking the drivers license from 16 yo 9 mo and get your license (with conditions) at 17. Unrestricted from 18
2021-11-09 15:46
Oh so you've driven a car or two.
2021-11-09 16:54
Oh yeah, can cut corners as you wouldn't believe it ;) And totally not gonna say anything cringe about all the fun playing with sticks'n all... Nopes!
2021-11-09 17:12
Oh really, what a valuable skill to have ;) Right, that would be totally cringe! Likewise me asking whether you like those classic balls on their ends...
2021-11-09 17:39
That would be SO appropriate and car related, so ofc! I do like the smooth feeling of them in the palm of my hand - and to get a firm grip when the gear needs a fast changing... see, that wasn't weird at all :D
2021-11-09 18:06
Indeed, and not ban-worthy at all! Nice, proper hand-work with a gearbox is underrated coz when done right, it's very.. very rewarding. If that is weird, then I'll be a proud weirdo.
2021-11-09 18:28
Indeed... very, very rewarding. All that power to be controlled or let loose :sigh:
2021-11-09 18:37
Yeah, making whole your body shake and heart pumping like crazy.. better than sex, isn't it!
2021-11-09 18:56
Not better than. It IS sex 🔥🥵 And now we have to stop hijacking this thread 😘
2021-11-09 19:01
You said it all!🔥 Right, I know better things to hijack ;)
2021-11-09 19:17
got mine at 18, lost it at 20-21 or something :(
2021-11-09 15:47
what happened lol
2021-11-09 15:48
Police said i wasnt sober enough to drive, because i was taken with weed 3 times during 1 year..
2021-11-10 16:45
unlucky bro
2021-11-11 10:22
No, but I'll probably have it in 1-2 months. In Turkey, you can get a licence at the age of 18 but I didn't bother for 2 years because public transportation is easy, cheap and better for nature. I probably won't drive a car for 3-4 years even if I get a licence.
2021-11-09 15:52
Today got it, 18 From 17 , drive in 18
2021-11-09 15:57
Of course I live in America not beta eu
2021-11-09 16:01
yes, you can start at 17 over here i think
2021-11-09 16:55
depends on the state but I got my permit at 15 and license at 16, been driving for over 3 years now
2021-11-09 18:09
I had it until police catch Me driving with lot alcool in my blood. Never drive drunk guys. My worst mistake !
2021-11-09 18:10
Do you regret it because you don't have a license now or do you regret being an idiot who drives drunk?
2021-11-11 10:21
Good to hear, probably means you won't do it again
2021-11-11 14:37
Yes, it's pretty much required to go anywhere here. You can get a learner's permit at 14 (basically a restricted license), an upgraded one at 16, and a full one at 17.
2021-11-09 18:17
i second that, although I'm 21 with no license lmao
2021-11-09 18:45
It's more necessary in some place than others tbh. My college town is pretty easy to get around without a car, but it's still inconvenient. Trying to get anywhere outside of it, though? Absolutely necessary to drive. I got mine at 18, which was later than most.
2021-11-09 19:49
26 here, never really cared because didnt had the money to even think of cars until very recently, i will the examinations in january, get my license by february, and maybe rent a car or something to get my feet wet on driving, i dont really about having myself one when they are expensive and for my lifestyle mostly unnnecesary.
2021-11-09 19:00
ppl dont need driving licences in their mommys basement
2021-11-09 19:10
I do have a license. Life is just easier with a car even with a shit one like mine.
2021-11-09 19:20
Yes but I shouldn't
2021-11-09 19:20
Had it for 11 years now. You know the age
2021-11-09 19:20
Driving seems stressful, and I've always lived in London or Birmingham so I've always had good access to public transport. I'd rather not spend all that insurance money on a car that'd just sit there most of the time.
2021-11-09 19:22
I have "am" drivers licens:)
2021-11-09 19:25
I have a license to drive trucks (semis).
2021-11-10 00:32
I do, but I don't drive.
2021-11-10 00:34
yes, u can get ur permit at 15 and 9 months? and license 6 months later
2021-11-10 01:19
started at 15 the lessons , after until 18 i can drive with parents and 18 solo drive, it cost my parents 2000€ :/ i'm glad they could afford it
2021-11-10 01:26
Got one this week. Don't feel like i know how to drive or traffic rules at all. Passed both theory and the actual exam first try but whats the point of teaching you to drive up to 40kmh and park using lineups when in the real world i don't know how to park i have no practice driving over 40 and theres rarely a situation where going as low as 40 is appropriate/expected. Etc etc it's a stupid oversimplified simulation made to make you learn the basics and set you up to pass the exam while not really conquering the skills a driver needs. It can seriously get people/killed hurt how easy it is to pass compared to actual real life traffic.
2021-11-10 01:51
flag checks out
2021-11-11 10:22
Yes, since august, at the age of 20, if not my parents i wouldnt care and wouldnt have it yet.
2021-11-10 15:03
failed my test yesterday from a very dumb mistake, gonna try again next week..
2021-11-10 15:04
They can't take away something you don't have womens))
2021-11-10 15:09
i read driking license, bruh
2021-11-10 16:42
Yes. Used to be 18. Now even kids can get one to die.
2021-11-10 16:43
not at all mate :) just drink respectivlily
2021-11-10 16:43
yes i do , in iran you can have it when you are 18 , but i got it when i was 20 :)
2021-11-10 16:45
Dont have one but wanna get my motorcycle one)) And in belgium you can start theory at 17 and something and do practical at 18, motorcycles (cc) go up with age, 16-18-20-22
2021-11-10 16:46
imagine not having a drive license lol
2021-11-10 16:46
Yes! Technically you can get your drivers license (lets call it kids license) at 16 BUT you can only drive when another driver who is 18+ and has owned (normal) licenses for at least 2 years is sitting next to you. Otherwise you have to be 18+ to get the regular/normal drivers license. I got mine at 18 and the "green leaf" period of 2 years has now passed :)

no driving is lame
2021-11-10 23:56
Yeah, but sometimes i wish i didnt. Cuz drivers are retarded. Not just them, sometimes cyclists as well, even tho most respect the driving norms and stops and so on, there is sometimes where u just slow down once u see them cross or see them get close to a red light cuz THEY DONT STOP. here it's 18, i believe u can do the test before 18 tho, the theory test before tho. Got it when i was 19 the licence (very easy tbh.. just common sense)

Can get a license to drive under supervision when you're 17 (gotta take lessons first) Then drive on your own from 18. I got mine when I was 22
2021-11-11 10:19
yes. i would get one asap, don't delay it too much. probably best thing that i ever got my shit together to do
2021-11-11 10:21
Obviously yes.

Yes but living in the city means no real need for driving. Kind of sucks sometimes to see your friends getting cars and driving around. Then again I use my feet to go pretty much where I need to go. Too expensive as a student to be paying for the upkeep and parking and shit. Use rental cars and family vw when necessary.
